Well, first when you arrive there is no one at the reception to help you and they have an announcement on the wall with service hours from 7:30 to 11:00 pm I arrived at 8:40 pm. You call the number they have there to help you and they don't answer until much later. The room that gave us the bathroom does not go down well at all. It is told to the person who gave us the room. And he said that it couldn't be fixed until another day when the person in charge of fixing things would arrive. So, if a room is getting flooded, well, flooding is fine because there is no one until another day to fix it. He did offer us another room and we settled in there, but the bathroom was the same thing, but since there was no one to help us, we stayed there and I had to carry a bucket that they had outside to be able to pour water into the bathroom so that the cup would go down properly. But when you lower the bathroom, the shower didn't work, the water was cut off without any pressure. It's not that I'm asking for a luxurious hotel, but at least they have the most essential things well arranged so that the wuesperes aren't struggling. Because one pays for the room to use the most essential things like bathing or using the bathroom. They even only had cold water, and they left people without hot water.
