G	Gerardo Méndez Morales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta en una buena ubicación, le falta atención a sus habitaciones, el aire acondicionado no es suficiente en temporadas de calor, le falta iluminación y sus colchones ya necesitan ser cambiados; en mi caso no fue una grata experiencia. It is in a good location, it lacks attention to its rooms, the air conditioning is not enough in hot seasons, it lacks lighting and its mattresses already need to be changed; In my case it was not a pleasant experience.

Pero creo que es solo para pasar máximo dos noches ya que con las camas nada más no descansas nada Uncomfortable beds and rooms with lots of noise, since the same rooms are on the street, for the price is fine. But I think it's just to spend maximum two nights since with the beds nothing else you do not rest at all

El clima le falta potencia al enfriar los cuartos el precio ronda los $300.00mxn por noche.Las personas encargadas del hotel cuentas con caracter adecuado al personal. Adequate hotel to sleep, facilities detedierodas in the bathrooms and the girl television. The climate lacks power to cool the rooms the price is around $ 300.00mxn per night. The people in charge of the hotel have adequate character to the staff.
G	Gissel Newton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está en el centro muy bien ubicado, barato pero su aire acondicionado totalmente desagradable, nunca enfrió no hay agua fría puesto que es un lugar muy caluroso, no hubo shampoo ni jabón. La conexión de Wifi muy mala al menos en la habitación 12. De todos es el más barato pero si sería muy necesario un buen clima. It is in the center very well located, cheap but its air conditioning totally unpleasant, it never cooled there is no cold water since it is a very hot place, there was no shampoo or soap. P	Patricio Alvarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INCREIBLE.. el único lugar en Balancán que parece Hotel y me negaron el servicio (9/04/21) porque lo van a arrendar completo a una compañía del Tren Maya... ¿nadie les avisó a los "EMPRESARIOS" locales que esto iba a ocurrir? ¿Nunca sospecharon que la inversión del Tren Maya requeriría este tipo de instalaciones?... Pero para quejarse de la "crisis económica" en el café, son los primeros. INCREDIBLE .. the only place in Balancán that looks like a Hotel and they denied me the service (4/9/21) because they are going to lease it completely to a Mayan Train company ... did no one tell the local "EMPRESARIOS" that this was it going to happen? Did you never suspect that the investment of the Mayan Train would require this type of facilities? ... But to complain about the "economic crisis" in coffee, they are the first.
