★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones están muy descuidadas, ya no hay la limpieza profunda de años atrás (14), los manerales de las regaderas no funcionan, la ropa de cana muy percudida con sabanas duras y el aroma de las habitaciones es desagradable. Les aconsejaría cambiar de administración para que regrese a ser una excelente instancia de descanso como lo fue en sus primeros años.

Por estar en una zona boscosa, hace mucho frío en las noches. Recomiendo llevar cobijas extras o ropa para abrigarse, ya que sólo cuentan con una parrilla de calefacción chica por habitación, que tiene el tiempo controlado.
La estancia es económica, menos de $400 por noche. Puedes salir hasta las 10am, pero después de eso te vuelven a cobrar otra estancia completa...
No cuenten con el restaurante por las noches, pero antes de llegar al hotel, encuentras muchos puestos y locales de comida sobre la carretera.
Creo que lo mejor del lugar es lo apartado que está de la ciudad y la tecnología. También la vista de los volcanes cercanos es super bonita. Ideal para pasar un fin de semana de descanso desconectado del mundo.

Do not have the restaurant at night, but before reaching the hotel, you find many stalls and food outlets on the road.
I think the best thing about the place is how far it is from the city and technology. Also the view of the nearby volcanoes is super nice. Ideal to spend a weekend of rest disconnected from the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien en general, pero estaría bien tuvieran habitaciones para 4 personas, fui con una amiga, su esposo y sus dos bebés y las camas son matrimoniales solamente y eso fue un tema para ellos.
Good in general, but it would be nice if they had rooms for 4 people, I went with a friend, her husband and their two babies and the beds are only doubles and that was an issue for them.
