B	Bárbara Sánchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es nuevo, tiene 2 meses de apertura así q todo está en muy buen estado. La atención del personal es muy buena, el elevador en funcionamiento. No pongo las 5 estrellas ya q en la coladera de la regadera no corre el agua normalmente, y al llegar había cabellos de la visita anterior. Como sugerencia deberían poner una sillita y un tubo al menos para colgar chamarras ya q no hay nada donde puedas hacerlo. Tienen espejo completo en la puerta d la baño por dentro y por fuera, eso ayuda mucho. Las camas muy cómodas y con cobijas muy calientitas. Está frente a la terminal, así q no hay pierde y está súper céntrico. The hotel is new, it has been open for 2 months so everything is in very good condition. The attention of the staff is very good, the elevator in operation. I do not put the 5 stars since the water does not run normally in the drain of the shower, and upon arrival there were hair from the previous visit. As a suggestion they should put a chair and a tube at least to hang jackets since there is nothing where you can do it. They have a full mirror on the bathroom door inside and out, that helps a lot. Very comfortable beds with very warm blankets. It is in front of the terminal, so there is no loss and it is super central.

Los precios muy bien sencilla $500 mnx (una cama matrimonial) doble $800 mnx(dos matrimoniales). The rooms are very good, as of this writing (Nov 21) the hotel has been in service for two months, therefore it is "new", very good, good cleaning, the shower is very good, which is appreciated by the cold. g	gregorio muñoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bueno, ubicación, trato al cliente etc. Lo que hay que mejorar, no hay pago con tarjeta, y no hay tocador en las recamaras ( por lo menos la que me tocó) ni adentro del baño. La puerta del baño es el espejo pero no hay donde poner tus cosas al momento de estarte arreglando. The good, location, customer service etc. What needs to be improved, there is no card payment, and there is no dressing table in the bedrooms (at least the one that touched me) or inside the bathroom. The bathroom door is the mirror but there is nowhere to put your things when you are getting ready.
L	Lilia Ojeda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Hotel nuevo, limpio, habitaciones y baños básicos pero funcionales. Cuentan con elevador. Habitaciones iluminadas, camas en buen estado, ropa de cama limpia. Ambiente familiar y silencioso, se puede dormir muy bien. Está ubicado a una cuadra de la plaza principal y frente a la estación de autobuses, todo queda muy cerca. Contras: Faltan muebles para acomodar las maletas o ropa, la tv no cuenta con internet, en general el servicio de wifi es malo. El personal es servicial, en general, excepto una de las recepcionistas que fue grosera al momento de solicitar información acerca del wifi. Hacen un cobro del 4% extra si se quiere pagar con tarjeta, lo que no es correcto. Pros: New, clean hotel, basic but functional rooms and bathrooms. They have an elevator. Lighted rooms, beds in good condition, clean bedding. Familiar and quiet environment, you can sleep very well. It is located one block from the main square and in front of the bus station, everything is very close. Cons: There is no furniture to accommodate suitcases or clothes, the TV does not have internet, in general the Wi-Fi service is bad. The staff is generally helpful, except for one of the receptionists who was rude when asking for information about the wifi. They charge an extra 4% if you want to pay by card, which is not correct.
