Muy bonito hotel, buen servicio. Aunque la alberca tiene tiempo limitado y no pude disfrutarla. Pero si volvería a ir.

Este hotel está muy bien ubicado muy cerca del centro, las habitación que nos tocó estaba muy bien, el personal siempre con una sonrisa. Me pareció bonito y cómodo. Si le quiere encontrar detalles al hotel se las encontrará pero si tienes ganas de pasársela bien este es lugar para pasar unas bonitas vacaciones.

Great room overlooking Parque de Pilo. Nice tub great and instant hot water very attentive staff, ice on demand. Close to everything. Enjoyed Feria del Queso y de Vino

In our opinion, Hotels.com should drop this place from their listings. Firstly, it was very challenging to get to the hotel as there was construction all around with many streets blocked off and detours everywhere. It was good to have off-street parking. Check in went slowly, but staff were friendly. The unheated pool was sparkly clean and the lounge chairs and cushions were in good condition. The pool deck strangely has peeling tape all around it's circumference ... this looks strange but does not impact the pool. The room was horrible. We could smell dampness in the room. Looking at the ceiling and inside the closet we could see mould. The closet smelled so badly with the mould that we did not store our clothes in it. When we woke up in the morning there was no running water and no electricity. We were told that there was a wide swath of electricity outage, but we walked into town - a short walk - and all businesses had power. They advertise a restaurant .... there is no restaurant. It is possible to buy some cold drinks. It appeared that there was only one other couple in the hotel and staff put us in side by side rooms. My husband had to get up in the middle of the night to get them to turn the blaring TV volume down.
