★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este hotel es de los más serviciales,económicos y tranquilos si es que quieren quedarse en Torreón,mi experiencia a sido muy grata llevo casi 3 años quedándome en este lugar y es muy placentero felicidades a los dueños y encargados solo falta un poco de mejor mantenimiento a las habitaciones
This hotel is one of the most helpful, inexpensive and quiet if you want to stay in Torreón, my experience has been very pleasant I have been staying in this place for almost 3 years and it is very pleasant congratulations to the owners and managers, it just lacks a little better maintenance to the rooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De los peores hoteles que me he hospedado, la diferencia para tener habitación con aire acondicionado son $100 es una estafa, el aire no sirve, el cable son solo 10 canales y se ve mal, y del Internet ni hablar, reserve preguntando si contaba con Internet pero creo olvide preguntar si iba a tener el dia de hospedaje, recomiendo soliciten ver las habitaciones antes de pagar.
Del servicio pareciera que te hospedas en un hotel de lujo la actitud del chavo chavoruco que esta en la tarde nefasta.
Parece más un motel.
Lastima, tiene buena ubicación.
One of the worst hotels I've stayed in, the difference to have a room with air conditioning is $100, it's a scam, the air does not work, the cable is only 10 channels and it looks bad, and the Internet is not to mention, book asking if it had Internet but I think I forgot to ask if I was going to have the lodging day, I recommend requesting to see the rooms before paying.
From the service it seems that you are staying in a luxury hotel the attitude of the chavo chavoruco that is in the disastrous afternoon.
It looks more like a motel.
Too bad, it has a good location.
