Venimos yo y mi familia desde Xochimilco y es un lugar ideal para quedarse durante la Feria Internacional de la Pirotecnia TULTEPEC, ya que se ubica enfrente de los terrenos donde esta se lleva a cabo y eso es un gran ventaja. La atención del recepcionista y empleados, la habitación muy bien, limpieza de cobijas, toallas, y la reservación fueron muy buenas.
Costos: $600 todo un día, y $400 la estancia corta después de las 8:00 PM. (Marzo 2020). Lo ideal es reservar con semanas de anticipación si se planea quedarse para la FIP , ya que cercano a estás fechas se agotan las habitaciones.
Lo único que puede mejorar, es la limpieza de baños: nos dimos cuenta que con el mismo utensilio que usan para lavar la taza del baño también lavaron la tapa para sentarse y aunque quedó perfectamente limpio, no creo que sea lo mejor. Fuera de eso todo estuvo en perfecto órden. Lo recomiendo mucho.
Excellent attention and service. My family and I come from Xochimilco and it is an ideal place to stay during the TULTEPEC International Pyrotechnics Fair, since it is located in front of the land where it takes place and that is a great advantage. The attention of the receptionist and employees, the room very well, cleaning of blankets, towels, and the reservation were very good.
Costs: $600 for a whole day, and $400 for a short stay after 8:00 PM. (March 2020). The ideal is to book weeks in advance if you plan to stay for the FIP, since rooms are sold out close to these dates.
The only thing that can improve is the cleanliness of the bathrooms: we realized that with the same utensil they use to wash the toilet, they also washed the lid to sit on and although it was perfectly clean, I don't think it's the best. Other than that everything was in perfect order. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdón por mi comentario pedi un cuarto y me lo entregaron sucio pedí servicio al cuarto y llevo mas de 47 min esperando y no llega pero los chavos están cotorrenando su compañera y eso que estoy en el cuarto 1 pegado a la entrada... Para cobrar todos bien atentos, pero para dar el servicio nadie anexo fotos ojala se anexen
Sorry for my comment, I asked for a room and they gave it to me dirty, I asked for room service and I've been waiting for more than 47 minutes and it hasn't arrived but the guys are chatting with their partner and I'm in room 1 next to the entrance ... To charge Everyone is very attentive, but to provide the service, no one will attach photos, hopefully they will be attached.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al entrar te cobran de una enojada, no hay cable en ninguna habitación, no hay agua caliente en jacuzzi ni en regadera, el papel higiénico parece que te cuentan lo que te van a dar .
Pocas palabras no acudan a este lugar y si es la última opción mejor busca otro lugar
Lousy service when you enter they charge you angrily, there is no cable in any room, there is no hot water in the jacuzzi or in the shower, the toilet paper seems to tell you what they are going to give you.
Few words do not go to this place and if it is the last option better look for another place
