★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente me hospedé en octubre de 2018 cuando impacto el huracán Willa y en las imágenes pueden ver lo que pasó a la habitación donde nos quedamos. Fue una noche terrible y como observan no resistió y aún así no nos dieron la atención adecuada. Esa misma noche nos robaron los víveres que habíamos adquirido para la contingencia. Espero que actualmente ya hayan mejorado.
Unfortunately I stayed in October 2018 when Hurricane Willa hit and in the pictures you can see what happened to the room where we stayed. It was a terrible night and as they observe it did not resist and still they did not give us the proper attention. That same night we stole the provisions that we had acquired for the contingency. I hope that they have already improved now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy bien el servicio de recepcion muy amables y muy atentos pero si estas buscando un hotel moderno ahi no lo vas a encontrar las habitaciones se ven viejas si cuidadas y limpias pero se persibe la antiguedad ademas si le faltan detallitos alas habitaciones de igual manera le doy 4 estrellas por aue por su precio, ubicacion y fama del hotel la verdad es muy bueno lo recomiendo ampliamente por ultimo si facturan
The reception service is very good, very friendly and very attentive but if you are looking for a modern hotel there you will not find it the rooms look old if they are cared for and clean but the oldness is persecuted also if they lack details of the rooms in the same way I give 4 stars for its price, location and fame of the hotel, the truth is very good, I highly recommend it lastly if they bill
