No le pongo 5 estrellas porque llegué a una habitación de dos camas y las ventanas daban a la calle y se escuchaban demasiado los autos, aún con las ventanas cerradas. Hay televisión, agua caliente, jabón líquido en el lavamanos y la regadera, pero no shampoo (bueno, no sé si el jabón también es shampoo), toalla de baño, papel higiénico, y un ventilador. Por el precio está bien, lo recomiendo. Editado: Ya me hospedé en una habitación sencilla y no hubo ruido, ahora nos dejaron dos sobresitos de shampoo (sin que yo los solicitara), en lo demás igual.
