★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel was perfect. It's close to the historical centre, eatery places in Plaza Garibaldi as well as the Subway station. The room was with a ceiling fan - no air-conditioning. However, it was pleasant, not too hot or cold. The bed quality wasn't great, just okay.
The windows were left open in the room as well as one in the toilet, and I saw mosquitos flying around. The room without soundproofed, and I could hear footsteps outside the corridor as well as from the staircase.
The reception staff spoke excellent English, and helpful. However, with them losing our record in the hotel and claimed that we didn't check in, it had messed up their good score with us.Only after providing them with the credit card statement, they admitted it's their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was great, location is great. A couple of gripes only, the rooms are strange in configuration and quite small. The is almost no insulation for noise, even conversation in low volume can be heard a well as footsteps in the hallways and the doors shutting in other rooms. Made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Beds are a little on the harder side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location close to Plazza Garibaldi or Zocalo. Hotel is realy clean unfortunately our room was very loudy (during a night there was sounds like of some machine which works 20 minutes every hour). At last breakfast was really tragedy I would recommend take a breakfast in Sanborn's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel in questionable neighbourhood, but very friendly staff and willing to give advice in things to see around. There are local restraunts around that are good, close to historic district of the city. Would recommend, rooms are small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is in a very sketchy area. Many homeless out front day and night. The lobby floor is the only updated part of the hotel. Super noisy all day and at night you can hear just about every door open/close and every conversation through the walls. They only provide 1 towel per guest. Would never stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience that I never had. Someone who works this hotel stole my money during cleaning time. It was only 20usd which prove the thief is professional know how to keep stealing out of sight. And the Hotel’s response was very poor. I am a female solo traveler and I was worried about my safety so I just dropped my 1day reservation which I didn’t refund. I normally don’t write the reviews but I hope nobody have bad experience in this hotel. However the facility is not even a hotel level

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good, the sheets are very clean, the clerk is efficient, and the staff is nice. It is very close to "El Centro" and many historic areas in downtown Mexico. The hotel explains clearly the prices at the front desk, no hidden prices. On the other hand Priceline announces the hotel with a nice 30 - 50% discount when in reality it is the real price of the hotel.
