La estancia es de lo más agradable, sin ruido, y el personal muy atento y amable. La habitación era muy cómoda, limpia y con buen aire acondicionado. El baño contaba con agua caliente suficiente, aunque en Colima no siento se necesite tanto. Ofrecen agua de cortesía, y también tienen un despachador de uso general, con agua caliente y fría por si se necesita. Sin duda lo recomiendo para una estancia agradable en Colima. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento, pero pueden dejar el auto en calles aledañas, o si lo prefieren, hay un estacionamiento justo frente al hotel. Excellent service. The location of the hotel is the best, just two blocks from the central garden of Colima, where the cathedral is, and some museums. The stay is most pleasant, without noise, and the staff very attentive and friendly. The room was very comfortable, clean and with good air conditioning. The bathroom had enough hot water, although in Colima I don't feel that much is needed. They offer complimentary water, and also have a general-purpose dispenser, with hot and cold water in case you need it. I definitely recommend it for a pleasant stay in Colima. The hotel does not have parking, but you can leave your car in neighboring streets, or if you prefer, there is a parking lot right in front of the hotel.

Algo viejo el hotel pero bien mantenido en sus interiores y habitaciones. Excelente trato y muy buena opción cerca del centro, solo le falta restaurant. Excellent price for your rooms with fan or air conditioning. The hotel is somewhat old but well maintained in its interiors and rooms. Excellent treatment and a very good option near the center, the only thing missing is a restaurant.
