★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Media estrella me brindaron información engañosa indicando que estaba a 2 calles de la inglesia y no es verdad, adicional quería que me brindarán un día mas y me negaron el servicio cuando el hotel estaba vacío indicando que esta "lleno" siendo nosotros los únicos huéspedes.
 Half a star gave me misleading information indicating that it was 2 blocks from the church and it is not true, additionally I wanted them to give me one more day and they denied me the service when the hotel was empty indicating that it is "full" being us the only guests.

Excellent very attentive service, totally clean rooms and very comfortable beds; it will not be located in the center but it is worth staying here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esta a unos 300 metros de la catedral, de 5 pisos sin elevador, estacionamiento a media cuadra, son amables, no me gustó que dejen fumar adentro del hotel, la señal del wi fi debil
It is about 300 meters from the cathedral, 5 floors without elevator, parking half a block away, they are friendly, I did not like that they allow smoking inside the hotel, the wi fi signal is weak

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pors:el hotel se ve reciente, habitaciones muy limpias baño exelente en limpieza agua caliente perfecto con estacionamiento pocos ahí con ese servicio incluido poco bullicio cerca .
Contras:habitaciones muy pequeñas, baño exageradamente pequeño, batallas para sentarte, una persona alta ni gordita no podra sentarse, las rodillas topaban en el lavabo de concreto, de echo en el baño esta la cafetera, no hay calefaccion, un poco alejado (casi nada) de la iglesia
Conclucion:si volveria, a comparacion de los otros hoteles que se encuentran ahi le daria un 8 de calificacion
Pors: the hotel looks recent, very clean rooms excellent bathroom cleaning perfect hot water with few parking there with that service included little hustle and bustle nearby.
Cons: very small rooms, exaggeratedly small bathroom, struggles to sit down, a tall or chubby person will not be able to sit down, knees bumped into the concrete sink, in fact the coffee maker is in the bathroom, there is no heating, a bit far (almost nothing) of the church
Conclusion: if I would return, compared to the other hotels that are there I would give it an 8 rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No suelo tener muchas quejas de hoteles, derivado a qué me hospedó seguido en hostales, pero este hotel no cumple con las medidas de higiene adecuadas. La foto adjunta es de una chiche que mate en una de las camas del hotel.
Esto ya de por sí es peligroso, pues puede causar alguna enfermedad y fuera de eso es una falta de respeto que el personal no se dé el tiempo de limpiar.
I don't usually have many complaints about hotels, due to the fact that I was often staying in hostels, but this hotel does not comply with adequate hygiene measures. The attached photo is of a chiche that killed in one of the hotel beds.
This in itself is dangerous, as it can cause illness and other than that it is a lack of respect for the staff not to take the time to clean.
