★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the people here is not nice, they arevery short in words and not kind at all. The worst part was is the breakfast, so don't stay here if you can avoid the place. The only good thing is the location to move around between chichen Itza, but Valladolid is a little far. The hotel is very simple, has not much to offer and there are a lot of insects inside the rooms. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU CAN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is peaceful. Bungalow style place near chichen itza. Price is very affordable. AC works ice cold, 2 pools to chill all day. Across the street you can visit a beautiful cenote. Starting to plan my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable and in a great location. Just a few minutes from Chichen and across the street from one of the most beautiful cenotes in Yucatan. In the afternoon the insects are active here. This place is in the jungle so a towel under your door to outside would be nice. Otherwise. I would recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting place. No hand towels, no drinking water, no WiFi (when asked why there was no internet was greeted with a shrug), bathroom smells of sewage. Pool is filthy and edging full of black mould. Location is all that's good about the place but not worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place with a nice pool in a great location for visiting the cenotes and archaeological sites of the area. Breakfast is rather slim though, with weak coffee. The beds are rather hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three stars and not four because of the proximity with the road, when swimming in the pool you will hear the cars passing by. Also the showers could be cleaner, a bit of mold on the curtains and wall. But the owners are nice, the shower was warm. Practical place to stay if you are on a budget close to chichen itza.
