★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena ubicación, a casi solo dos cuadras de la catedral, nos agradaron los cuartos y la decoración del lugar, muy limpio, el desayuno estaba completo y el personal era muy amable con todos. Sobretodo Nayeli de recepción que nos salvó la vida! Muy recomendado.
Good location, almost only two blocks from the cathedral, we liked the rooms and the decoration of the place, very clean, the breakfast was complete and the staff was very friendly with everyone. Especially Nayeli from reception who saved our lives! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I made a reservation at hotel Valentina for 5 nights only to find out when we arrived that the hotel was closed. We ended on the street at night time in a City that we didn't know. This was very dissapointed and frustrating to us. Thankfully we were able to reserve a room at the ALAMEDA HOTEL. I have to say that our experience at the Alameda Hotel have been wonderful and I trully recomend it. They are very friendly and they have an exellent customer service.
