Hay ahi una personas que se encargan de contestar teléfonos, limpiar los cuarto, planchar las sabanas y lo mas importante dar un servicio con excelencia. Siempre contenta y de buen humor para atender las necesidades de las personas que se hospeda ahi ella se llama ( Veronica ) Yo creo que ella seria l indicada para ser la gerente. Tambien me gustaría que la próxima ves que vallamos a Puruandiro y me hospede en este bonito Hotel que sirva el elevado, que tengan servicio de comida para poder ordenar servicio a el cuarto o comer un rico desayuno, por lo menos un buffet continental. Tambien los baños ocupan un mueble mas grande donde esta el sink para poder poner las cosa como las bolsistas con el maquillage, los cepillo y pasta de dientes o peines ext. ext. NO HAY ESPACIO SUFICIENTE. todo lo Demas es muy bueno y lo mas impetrate esta muy, pero muy limpio si lo recomiendo. My husband and I stayed at this hotel from December 27 to 30. The Hotel is very clean and very comfortable, and the service is excellent. There is a person there who is responsible for answering the phones, cleaning the rooms, ironing the sheets and most importantly, providing excellent service. Always happy and in a good mood to attend to the needs of the people who stay there, her name is (Veronica). I think she would be the one to be the manager. I would also like that the next time we go to Puruandiro and stay at this nice hotel that serves the elevated, that they have food service to be able to order room service or eat a delicious breakfast, at least a continental buffet. The bathrooms also occupy a larger piece of furniture where the sink is to be able to put things like the bags with make-up, toothbrushes and toothpaste or combs outside. ext. NOT ENOUGH SPACE. Everything else is very good and the most impetrate is very, very clean if I recommend it.

A	Adán Ramírez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel luce nuevo y algunos puntos están en proceso de adecuación de las instalaciones. Es bastante limpio y el personal muy amable. Es de tres pisos más el piso del lobby pero no contaba con elevador, aunque parecía que estaba en proceso de instalación, los cuartos tampoco tienen A/C y había una hojita donde decía que te rentaban un ventilador por $100, la habitación que me tocó no tenía closet ni lugar para poner mis cosas, tampoco tenía tocador y esto dificultaba la organización, tampoco cuenta con caja fuerte. Cuenta con estacionamiento pero está muy pequeño y dificulta las maniobras, aunque a unos 50m hay otro estacionamiento del mismo hotel más amplio. Está en la zona Centro, a unos 5min. caminando de la plaza principal. En general lo recomiendo sin esperar nada espectacular. The hotel looks new and some points are in the process of adapting the facilities. It is quite clean and the staff are very friendly. It is three floors plus the lobby floor but it did not have an elevator, although it seemed that it was in the process of being installed, the rooms do not have A/C either and there was a little sheet where it said that they rented a fan for $100, the room that I got I didn't have a closet or a place to put my things, I didn't have a dresser and this made organization difficult, and I didn't have a safe either. It has a parking lot but it is very small and makes maneuvering difficult, although about 50m away there is another larger parking lot of the same hotel. It is in the downtown area, about 5min. walking from the main square. In general I recommend it without expecting anything spectacular.
