★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente opción para hospedaje en Misantla, muy buena ubicación, a un paso de la plaza central. El hotel es muy cómodo, cuenta con alberca y agradables ambientes, el precio es muy accesible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hemos venido a la boda de nuestros amigos de Veracruz & Alemania. El lugar que se nos hace interesante para disfrutar un fin de semana, pero la atención del personal del front desk no hay sido tan amable, desde el primer día el chaval (cuál no recuerdo su nombre). No ha sido tan educado, el cual siempre respondía de muy mala ganas. Al momento de hacer nuestro check out se la ha dicho que pagaríamos la noche del viernes hasta el domingo; porque este día volveríamos a nuestra ciudad, el nos cobra una noche extra de más, el cual nos dice que yo le había dicho que se cobraría una noche extra. Al momento de hacer nuestra entrada hemos firmado el día que entraríamos & el día que saldríamos.
Hay muchos puntos de mejoras por parte del hotel la cual no mencionaré.
Pero sería mi última opción en hospedarme en este hotel.
We have come to the wedding of our friends from Veracruz & Germany. The place that makes us interesting to enjoy a weekend, but the attention of the front desk staff has not been so friendly, from the first day the kid (which I do not remember his name). He has not been so polite, which always responded very reluctantly. At the time of our check out, she was told that we would pay for the night from Friday to Sunday; because this day we would return to our city, he charges us an extra night more, which tells us that I had told him that an extra night would be charged. At the time of making our entry we have signed the day we would enter & the day we would leave.
There are many points of improvement on the part of the hotel which I will not mention.
But it would be my last option to stay in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super atención desde la recepción... El hotel muy cómodo y limpio, tiene una buena vista. La decoración muy bonita, muy recomendable y claro que cuando venga este será el hotel donde me quede ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermoso hotel. Muy bonito desde la recepción hasta las habitaciones incluyendo el comedor. La habitación muy acogedora y mantiene una paleta de colores muy cálida, la decoración de las área comunes también está muy bien pensada y en general tienen una estancia placentera y acogedora.
Lo malo, creo que los baños les hace falta una renovación, una de las recepcionistas te atiende de mala gana y con caras (mancha bastante la experiencia ya que en general todo está bastante bien en el hotel), las habitaciones que dan hacia el zócalo tienen la ventaja de la vista pero también es un inconveniente ya que todo el ruido del zócalo llega a estás habitaciones.
Beautiful hotel. Very nice from the reception to the rooms including the dining room. The room is very cozy and maintains a very warm color palette, the decoration of the common areas is also very well thought out and in general they have a pleasant and cozy stay.
The bad, I think that the bathrooms need a renovation, one of the receptionists attends you reluctantly and with faces (it quite stains the experience since in general everything is quite good in the hotel), the rooms that face the base they have the advantage of the view but it is also a drawback since all the noise from the baseboard reaches these rooms.
