Other years I have stayed there to be exact I have been coming for 5 years and I chose it as a hotel, but this was the last one that I stayed with them, because they changed administration or I don't know if, staff but this year terrible service! they charge you a deposit of 100 x a control that does not have a battery so it is useless, another thing they gave me was room 7 super tight enough for 2 people or 2 separate suitcases it only has 2 contacts and one is useless, if it is not enough there is no signal in that room, and to finish it off they don't change the bedspreads, not to mention the shower that shoots the jet everywhere except towards one, I asked them to change the room, not because of the aforementioned but because I realized that there was no signal, because for work reasons I needed a signal for this, not even 15 minutes had passed since it had been delivered to me and the super despotic receptionist said that it was not possible since he had not even unpacked to say that he should move his room or something like that, neither the staff nor the greeting answers you very badly I will never return !!!!
