Fue hace como 13 años no se si siga la persona que estaba en recepción en ese tiempo , pero era muy amable y atento . Tenía bien trato con la gente servicial . Atendía con gusto . Y del hotel pues no es caro a unos metros de la costera . Un hotel limpio . Y muy recomendable entre lo económico

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pongo una estrella porque se tiene que calificar con lo mínimo, pero literal no se merece ninguna estrella, está horrible
No dan papel de baño se tardan mucho en darte uno
La alberca está super sucia inlcuso con fango verde al rededor
Los de area de restaurante enojados, déspotas, ya que les preguntas porque se comporta así ya no saben que decirte
No nos querían prestar otra almohada ya que éramos 5 en una habitación para 4 y nos cobraron ah todos en total.
Literal fue mi peor experiencia
Lo mejor fue dormir en el balcón porque dentro de tu cuarto mueres de calor, y eso que dejamos en ventilador prendido pero pues no sirve, solo ase ruido

They did not want to lend us another pillow since there were 5 of us in a room for 4 and they charged us all in total.
It was literally my worst experience.
The best thing was sleeping on the balcony because inside your room you die of heat, and that we leave the fan on but it doesn't work, it only makes noise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen hotel, un precio accesible, la alberca está bien, aunque le hacen falta muchos arreglos al hotel, tanto en la alberca, las habitaciones así como en los pasillos, lo único que no me gustó fue que no hay una cortina para separar el baño y la regadera lo que hace que todo lo que esté en el baño se moje ??♀️
Good hotel, an affordable price, the pool is fine, although the hotel needs a lot of repairs, both in the pool, the rooms as well as in the corridors, the only thing I did not like was that there is no curtain to separate the bathroom and the shower which makes everything in the bathroom wet ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precio elevado para lo que ofrecen, falta mantenimiento en muchas áreas del hotel, principalmente en los cuartos ya que lo hace ver malgastado y de mal aspecto, no te ponen toallas, hay que pedirlas y la mayoría están percudidas, la única ventaja es la ubicación que es buena pero nada más.
High price for what they offer, lack of maintenance in many areas of the hotel, mainly in the rooms since it makes it look worn and bad looking, they do not give you towels, you have to ask for them and most are worn, the only advantage is the location which is good but nothing more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace años fui y la atención fue muy buena aunque el aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso, el día de ayer me comunique para reservar, la señorita que jamas supe su nombre contesta de una forma tan grosera, me colgó 3 veces y hasta el final que según ya me escuchaba, me dijo que el mes de mayo ya estaba lleno o solo disponible entre semana.
Deberían mejorar la atención para el cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel sencillo, a un precio bajo, es limpio, y la atencion es buena. Esta cerca de la playa. Y el servicio del restaurante el desayuno bueno y precio accesible . sin embargo, un dia nos quedamos sin toallas, las pedimos por la noche y nos dijeron q ya no había, porque no había llegado lavandería. Y nos dieron solo una toalla por habitacion, peto esa toalla estaba toda mugrosa, manchada, olia a humedad. :(.
