Puntos en contra: Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas y les falta ventilación, ya que sólo cuentan con una pequeña ventana en el baño. Casi ninguna habitación cuentan con un área de trabajo como un escritorio o una mesa al menos. Las habitaciones no tienen teléfono, por lo que si requieres algo de recepción tendrás que salir de ella, rodear el hotel y solicitarlo directamente. La TV fallaba constantemente, el audio subía y bajaba frecuentemente y en ocasiones se quedaba sin sonido. Habia CUCARACHAS en el cuarto. Good point: It is a quiet hotel. Points against: Rooms are a bit small and lack ventilation as there is only one small window in the bathroom. Almost none of the rooms have a work area such as a desk or at least a table. The rooms do not have a telephone, so if you require anything from the reception you will have to go out of the reception, go around the hotel and request it directly. The TV was constantly failing, the audio would go up and down frequently and sometimes it would have no sound. There were COCKROACHES in the room.
A	Alexis López Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel con buena ubicación y precios accesibles, pero internet pésimo, casualmente en el sitio donde se localiza el hotel la señal de teléfono es malísima, hay que salir al estacionamiento para poder hablar, el baño que nos tocó, se salía el agua de la regadera y el diseño "moderno" del lavamanos hacía que el agua se cayera por todo el piso del baño, algo realmente molesto, etc. No ofrecen otros servicios por lo que no hay mas que opinar, por todo lo demás está bien. La gran ventaja es que está junto a una avenida principal Lo malo es que solo tiene de un lado escaleras, por lo que es complicado subir y es mucho el trayecto cuando estás en las habitaciones de la 1-8 Desconozco si tiene algún elevador para personas en silla de ruedas pero cuenta con habitaciones abajo muy cerca del estacionamiento Buen servicio del personal, muy amables, sobre todo con la forma en como se usa el control pues prende tanto la tele como el cable y es complicado al principio El ventilador de nuestra habitación parecía que no estaba bien puesto y parecía que se iba a caer pero aún prendido todo el tiempo, no paso nada. j	jorge cristo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo hotel! reserve 10 habitacions de las cuales todas estaban sucias! unas tenian sangre en las sabanas, otras no tenias sababas ni toallas, otras tenian semen, las recepcionistas pesima atencion al cliente! las dos gritonas! rentaron una de mis habitaciones y no me quisieron hacer la debolucion! la verdad no recomiendo para nada este hotel! no se parece nada en la fotos que pone en, no se dejen engañar, sus tarifas son super altas! $1300 pesos la noche, mas que hotel la verdad es motel! las habtiacions tenian cucarachas! no lo recomiendo nada! lousy hotel! I booked 10 rooms all of which were dirty! Some had blood on the sheets, others did not have sheets or towels, others had semen, the receptionists were terrible customer service! the two screamers! They rented one of my rooms and they didn't want to pay me back! I really do not recommend this hotel at all! It doesn't look like anything in the photos it puts on, don't be fooled, their rates are super high! $1,300 pesos a night, more than a hotel, the truth is a motel! the rooms had cockroaches! I don't recommend it at all!

La única inconformidad es la carretera y la falta de cortinas en el último cuarto De ahí en fuera todo bien Good location to go downtown as well as dining room for breakfast and its surroundings for lunch and dinner. r	rory mcbride on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviously it’s not a 5 star hotel but for the reasons everyone looks at the hotel it sure makes it a 5 star. Location, off a main avenue and easy to get to. Secure gated parking you can see your car from anyone of your rooms and if needed they will open gate for you. There’s 2 towels but if you need more all you have to do is ask since it was 3 of us staying. The Tv has more than enough Channels the bed is comfortable and the room was clean and fresh. And lastly the price in the city center everything is over a thousand pesos and this was 200 less so after taking everything into account its a great deal. The Luciérnaga Mall gas station and Oxxo is just down the street
