Great hotel a little bit hidden but its nice rooms and stay

Rooms are really nice, swimming pool, bar as well. Food is good here, but we had a troubles with breakfast, they have to be ready at 7 and when we came at 7:15, mostly you could not take anything because it wasn't ready.

It's beautiful from inside and the reception it's very nice also they are so kindful

Nice hotel, very close for airport, large and very clean rooms. Need more signs for localization. Perfect for a staying if want to know the nearest surrounding turistic cities.

Absolutely beautiful scenery and rooms at this hotel! The employees are very nice and the food was delicious. We stayed here almost a week and weren't ready to leave. We will definitely revisit this place down the road!

I got Room 112, noise room. I don't know if I would ever stayed at that hotel again. Needs more light in the bathroom, staff need to smile a little more. I stayed here on December 2018 and my experience was wonderful, unfortunately I can not say the same this time. (Marc 2019)

This hotel is beautiful, the architecture and details are exquisite. Little bit hided though, totally recommend.

The worst service I have ever received in any hotel around the world. Staff who do not know their job and have no interest in the customers. Clearly whoever owns this hotel has no interest in how poorly it is being run. Twice a member of our party was given the keys to an occupied room. When they finally got a room to themselves, it had no hot water. Constantly the staff tried to charge us for food and drink we had not ordered. And the food and drink we did order only arrived after we asked 3 or 4 times. Many items on the menu not available due to being sold out. The booking that had been made 8 months ago had been lost, even though we called to confirm just a week ago. Utterly pathetic. Such a shame because the hotel itself was very nice looking. The pool is far too small though for the size of venue. And the staff really are the worst in the world. I would not recommend staying here unless they replace the management and bring in someone who knows how to run a hotel.
