The mattress is not comfortable and is very expensive almost $2500 mxn per night ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hotel a few weeks in advance. An hour before I was supposed to arrive they messaged me no rooms were available. They didn’t respond to me anymore when I asked for a solution. I found this very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great 3 star hotel providing a good shower pressure and hot water but also a pool to cool off after a busy day...Wi-fi is good but can become unstable depending on how many hotel guests are using it at the same time...All the staff are great and helpful, in particular Luis y Monse at Reception who helped us with our luggage when we checked in early in the morning. Location is fantastic!
I also recommend the nearby restaurants: La Chaya Maya (authentic Yucatan food) and Pita(Mediterranean middle East food).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a terrible stay here. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but checked out after 1. The room was in terrible shape and wasn't clean, it smelled rotten in the bathroom and neither wifi nor the elevator worked. The safe also didn't work. When we told the receptionist he didn't know how to fix it and just keep telling us "it's complicated". After a few attemps he gave up and walked away. When we checked out one day early there was no reaction or question how our stay was. They probably know how bad this place is... only positive thing about it was the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beds very uncomfortable, room smelled like paint. When I touched the lamp to move it silver paint came off on my hand. We checked out early and asked for a refund for nights we wouldn’t stay and they didn’t want to refund it, only one night of three and they didn’t refund it anyways. Says three star hotel, this is more like a one star. Don’t stay here!

distance to everywhere.
Room is huge. Good value for money as it's just a one
night layover to catch my flight from Merida.
Needs just a tad of upgrading. Water pressure
could have been stronger.
