★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now the price is over $70. Swimming pool broken. No restaurant. Construction still after 3 years. You must return dirty towels to office to get your deposit returned.
Too bad this was a good place at one time with nice pool and around $45.
Not many other good choices in Kino.
We will go to Guaymas/San Carlos next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of thing's my family and I didn't like about our stay at this hotel. Starting with the booking we were charged an additional 300 pesos for wrist bands for access to the pool area and restaurant, which is 2 blocks from the hotel and the bands, we were told covers breakfast over the phone. In reality it's a 30% discount if you want to eat breakfas. The additional 300 that they were trying to add on were for my children one being 4 year's old and a 10 months. The bathroom smelled like urine and had a water leak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always enjoy Eco Bay. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and always helpful. They have helped us with many things from lending a knife in the night to cut some fruit or a bottle opener to open a bottle of wine. Security is on staff so you always feel safe. We highly recommend the hotel. We just wish the breakfast still came with the nightly room cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son ended up with E-coli from that dirty pool!!!! He is actually hospitalized and I know he got sick after swimming in that dirly pool.. I noticed it had a lot of dead bugs.
I nver saw anyone cleaning it or turning on the motor to at least kkeep water moving.. my son started complaining of severe stomachache and then dhiarrea took him to dr. Started with aome medication to treat dhiarrea and stomacha crampling but didnt help finally he got tested .. urine stool and blood and found out it was ecoli.. usually get ecoli from heces and dirty pools.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't book my reservation which i did with two months in advance, they went into the room to do clean service without letting us know while we were out on the beach, the cleaning lady was very nice but the other employees we deal with had a bad attitude.(breakfast included was coffee and bread with butter and they stop serving at 9am) lol never coming back

No restaurant. No cafe. No breakfast.
Property under construction but not really a big issue.
Hoped for a quiet getaway to the beach only to have to listen to extremely loud music all day, everyday. Hired a kayak which was sinking and seat broke. People drinking all the time, which is OK, but the noise... The damn noise... All. The. Time.
Not for those who wish for a peaceful break.
Good location, OK staff and OK rooms. WiFi poor.
You pay for location otherwise overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CHECK THE ROOM BEFORE BOOKING FOR MORE THAN A DAY!!
I booked in this place because I needed a dog friendly place. Other than that, bathrooms are not cleaned properly, there’s moho in the bathroom walls, walls are dirty and you can see bugs in the pool. I wanted to cancel the extra day I was staying but the manager told me she would only give me 50% back just for cancelling. Just make sure you “read” the fine prints, I would rather have my dog stay at home than staying here ever again.
