Dicen ofrecer servicio de agua fría y caliente, aire acondicionado, tv por cable y WiFi . Pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. La habitación #1 parecia cumplir las expectativas pero el tocador y closet se encontraban empolvados, el baño no tiene donde colgar las toallas húmedas, dan un jabón chiquito y la regadera se encuentra defectuosa, solo tira un chorro de agua fría y sale más agua caliente. Reporté a recepción el detalle de la regadera y que me cambiaran de habitación y el recepcionista solo comentó que todas las regaderas de las demás habitaciones también tienen el mismo problema, aparte el mono mando de agua fría y caliente están invertidos... Después se reportó que no se veían lo canales de la TV y dijeron que era por el viento pero no fue amable la persona en ir a revisar o checar alguna configuración. Además el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento ubicado al frente del hotel y alberca. Mi experiencia no fue satisfecha. No volvería a hospedarme aquí. Later it was reported that the TV channels were not being seen and they said it was due to the wind, but the person who went to review or check some configuration was not kind. In addition, the hotel has a parking lot located in front of the hotel and a swimming pool. My experience was not satisfied. I would not stay here again.
