En mi habitación No hubo Agua Caliente, El Agua del Lavamanos se tira, Solo hay un solo Contactó, ó ves la TV ó Cargas tu Cel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, asqueroso, este hotel es como si fuera parte de un prostíbulo de 5ta., súper sucio, almohadas mal olientes, la regadera el drenaje tapado, no se les ocurra llegar ni por error, es preferible que te quedes en tú coche q en este lugar, aparte la gente q atiende súper prepotente y mamona???
Horrible, disgusting, this hotel is as if it were part of a 5th brothel, super dirty, smelly pillows, the shower the covered drain, do not even come by mistake, it is preferable that you stay in your car in this place, apart from the people who serve super arrogant and mamona???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le iba a dar 3 estrellas pero le di una más porque nos salvó de dormir en la camioneta, el hotel está limpio, tiene agua caliente, tiene estacionamiento, pero está descuidado, esta en una muy buena zona en pabellón de Arteaga y deberían de aprovechar que no tienen competencia, nosotros vinimos a Tepezala y no encontramos dónde dormir. Gracias a Dios dimos con este hotel a 10 minutos de Tepezala.
I was going to give it 3 stars but I gave it one more because it saved us from sleeping in the van, the hotel is clean, it has hot water, it has parking, but it is neglected, it is in a very good area in the Arteaga pavilion and should take advantage who have no competition, we came to Tepezala and we did not find where to sleep. Thank God we found this hotel 10 minutes from Tepezala.

Vidrios rotos, baño poco higiénico.
No me volveré a quedar en ese lugar preferí perder mi dinero que quedarme de nuevo en ese lugar
The beds are not comfortable, rooms to remodel or at least paint well.
Broken glass, unhygienic bathroom.
I will not stay in that place I preferred to lose my money to stay in that place again
