I	Ilana Navarro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de la chica de recepción fue obsoleta, además de que no nos aceptó la reservación que traiamos, se dió la vuelta y ni siquiera pudo ofrecer alguna otra opción, que porque ya se iba, supongo que por el precio del hotel podría darse un mejor trato, ojalá esto no le suceda a nadie más. The attention of the girl at the reception was obsolete, in addition to the fact that she did not accept the reservation that we brought, she turned around and could not even offer any other option, because she was already leaving, I suppose that for the price of the hotel she could have a better deal, hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Very bad attention from the girl at the reception, they only respected us one day and the next almost, they almost took our bags, I hope and they improve, regarding the notes very well.

J	Janna Montoya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio por la mayoría del personal es buena solo hay una chica que atiende recepción de cabello oscuro que es bastante pesada, el agua huele feo por lo demás está limpio y es de lo mejorcito que hay en la barca The service by most of the staff is good there is only one girl who attends reception with dark hair who is quite heavy, the water smells bad otherwise it is clean and it is the best thing on the boat

L	Lo c: on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In all honesty, it's a lovely place I can give you that much but unfortunately with the staff members and if you are looking to getting back a refund for whatever reason dont come here. Go to a hotel where they are willing to give you back your money for the right reasons. But dont make a reservation here unless you are definitely sure. The job of these people is to look after you as their priority and as a valuable client their job is to put your needs first. My husband and i wanted to spend our honeymoon here but these people seemed prejudice from the way we looked and dressed and wouldn't refund our money when the pandemic got out of hand I truly wouldn't want this happening to anyone . This is my opinion and my personal point of view on this.
