Because of my work, I have the fortune of traveling throughout almost the entire Mexican Republic, but in this place the only thing it needs is the good treatment of the guests, by the girls at the reception, the prices according to the property.

I had my doubts to stay in this hotel since I saw many bad comments about the service that there is no hot water that is very old very dirty and neglected I decided to stay in that hotel and my stay and it was good very clean hot water, soap Shampoo , the beds were comfortable also good view, economical a room with two double beds came out at $ 550 I thought it was a very good price they looked after me very well. I liked it because it has a parking lot with a nightstand, not right there, but if it has it 2 blocks from there, there are other hotels that are central but do not have parking. I recommend it!

Very bad, the room smelled like cigarettes, the sheets had a bad smell, the trash can still contained trash from the previous guest, the minisplit was full of mold around it and the shower area was clogged. Unfortunately they do not show you the room from the beginning and I made the mistake of paying in advance, later when I saw everything I said, I went down to reception and told him about the situation and the truth is that the receptionist was very kind and said that he would change the room but the Hotel is very neglected everything was wrong and they did not give me any refund. So that of my reserved days I was only one and that because I got to stay in the afternoon and I no longer had a choice and in the morning I went to another hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

For me it is -5 stars, the place is lousy, worse than jail. The scratched walls, the dirty sheets, the broken mirror, out of five bulbs only one worked, the toilet without a lid, everything looks old. There are cockroaches and cockroach eggs in the lamps, health should go and close that pseudo hotel. The cleaners were lying on the couches in the first floor living room, they didn't make themselves comfortable at all. We decided not to stay there anymore and when we went to complain to the receptionist she became stupid and did not want to return our money. It really is a lousy place, there is no hygiene even because we were in a pandemic. They should shut it down. In truth, if you value yourself a little, don't stay in that place.
