★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the place, the architecture, the gardens and all decoration are so beautiful. The hotel is big and you can walk around the place, surprising you in every corner. The service and attentions are very good, they help so much in offering a good stay. I really recomend this place is unique and magic with an spectacular view of the rock "La peña de Bernal". No matter the kind of room you want because they have tarreces where you will see a good view. Furthermore, the hotel follows all the protocols for the control of COVID-19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place needs a fair amount of renovations and maintenance however the location is still one of the best in Bernal for a retreat.
I loved the views from the VIP rooms and lounge.
Service at the restaurant is great however some of the dishes are a miss, avoid the filer mignon bit do try their breakfasts they are amazing.
