Terrible service ! The manager is very rude, above all there are her dogs, she commented that children should not be on the loose because they stress the dogs, when it is supposed to be a family hotel and one is going to have fun, how sad that their service is lousy since despite everything I thought it was a good place with good and nice facilities but in short I would never go back! 0 recommended!

Terrible place, if you want to rest that is not the right place, I will not return, the Lady asks you what time you arrive, how long it will take you, it takes about 20 minutes to open the door, the dogs do not let you sleep, oh bedbugs , the dirty pool, and old televisions, they scream all night, in the morning they knock on the door very early to wake us up, and the lady sends to clean the room while we are there and the guests have to open it, the truth is very bad, I don't know you can have privacy there. For what they charge, there are better ones. And he still gets upset if you turn to look at his dogs.

In general the hotel is good except for some things like the TV. As for the treatment or the staff, the 2 guys who work there serve you with excellence. The truth is that I have been going to that hotel for years and I had no problem, but the owner is a super despotic and rude person. It is true that she charges you extra for everything. I went a few days ago and left 200 pesos on account of my bungalow for what we came to ask for when it was time to leave, she did not want to return my change, which was half because, according to her, we exceeded the departure time, that is, she charged the Chinese, the room was not delivered at 3 and during the stay their dogs, especially 1, threw themselves at my little one when I told him he got angry defending his animals, when his father the owner was there the hotel atmosphere was what better and do not exaggerate in the charge she charges you 300 pesos per night if you have pets you must take her card and not take it out of your room at all when she has full of dogs. Honestly, after more than 20 years of going, I no longer return to that hotel thanks to her.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! The lady in charge oh owner has a horrible character! She has about 7 dogs that don't let her sleep, she doesn't want to overcharge, she's very rude, she yells at her workers! He wanted to charge me for a towel that I stained my hair with dye and I explained to him that it was removed and he didn't understand why, I stayed until they washed the towel and obviously the stain was removed!! He entered my room as soon as I left, unmade the beds, took the towels and the time to vacate the room still hadn't expired, it means that he comes in to check one's things!!! I have been visiting this place for more than 30 years and I have never been treated like this! Obviously there was other staff!!
