★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in to use the washroom in the reception. Wow, cleanest washroom i've encountered in Central America (maybe North as well). Super friendly owner. So we stayed the night. Typical rooms, nothing fancy. Secure parking, clean rooms, AC. Only $400pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent hotel for the night. Room was clean enough. This is an older, somewhat run down place and is what you would expect for $25 / night. Gentleman at the reception desk was friendly and helpful.
This place is right off the main road and there are several food stalls and restaurants in the vicinity within a 1-2 minute walk. There’s also a gas station and an Oxxo supermarket within a couple minute walk.
