★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues no está mal y tampoco es muy bueno, nos cobraron un poco más de lo que decía la reserva, no nos dieron la cama que dijeron que nos dirían, nos dieron una cama matrimonial en lugar de una king o Queen size, la necesitábamos porque tenemos una bebé y no pedimos cuna, nos cambiaron la cama y fue un poco incómodo tener que mover los muebles para acomodarnos y que pudiéramos dormir cómodos. Los puntos a favor fue que son amables y a pesar de que llegamos tarde nos guardaron la habitación.
Well, it's not bad and it's not very good either, they charged us a little more than what the reservation said, they didn't give us the bed they said they would tell us, they gave us a double bed instead of a king or queen size, we needed it because We have a baby and we did not ask for a crib, they changed the bed and it was a bit uncomfortable to have to move the furniture to accommodate us so that we could sleep comfortably. The plus points were that they are friendly and even though we arrived late they kept our room for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones son muy buenas para descansar, en la TV dependiendo la habitación que te toque es el número de canales que podrás ver, por parte de la atención son muy buenos y las paredes son de tablaroca y se puede escuchar lo que hacen en las otra habitaciones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar tiene buena ubicación y las habitaciones son suficientemente cómodas, sin embargo me atrevo a decir que el trato es muy malo; te hablan enojados a cada rato y no puedes llevar alguien de visita rápida sin que ya te quieran cobrar, igual cobran de más la persona extra de lo que anuncia el letrero, te preguntan te mala gana sobre las llaves y siempre tienen cara de enojados
The place has a good location and the rooms are comfortable enough, however I dare to say that the treatment is very bad; They talk to you angrily all the time and you can't take someone for a quick visit without them already wanting to charge you, they still charge more for the extra person than what the sign announces, they reluctantly ask you about the keys and they always have an angry face

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After arriving at a hostel in Puebla that we had booked, to find out that the room we had reserved was being renovated we were bought to Hotel El Descanso and had a fantastic 2 night stay. Victor who checked us in was super friendly and let us choose the room we would like to stay in. Our room was very comfortable, cosy, TV with Netflix and a hot shower! It’s a really beautiful hotel too and brand new! If you are heading to Puebla I would recommend to stay here.
