Internet is very poor.

It's a beautiful and small hotel. Rooms are spacious. Foods and beverages are amazing and have a reasonable price.

It's well located, but can be better. The food in the restaurant it's Soo good and affordable and the waiters were kind...

A clean, large room. Good air conditioner. Great gated, guarded parking. This is our stop between Tucson and Ajijic.

The rooms are clean but require a remodel. Additional issues: 1. Toilet seats are loose and need to be secure. 2. Card readers on doors require re-programming on a daily basis. 3. On November 25, 2018, at 6:00 A.M, Hotel Dorado celebrated their 50th anniversary. The hotel played loud music and announcement in the early morning. Total disregard and disrespect to its customers. All of the hotel’s patrons did not sleep in. I asked the hotel staff why were we not advised? Their reply was that they did. My reply was that my party or I were not advised because we would’ve stayed at a different hotel. 4. Toilet backs up and sewer stench at some areas of the hotel. 5. Pool does not have the capability for heating. 6. No jacuzzi One good thing. The restaurant in the hotel is good.

Rooms are clean but not updated. Staff was above and beyond helpful and friendly.

I cannot understand how previous customers could rate this hotel higher than a two star. This hotel has good customer service but that is not good enough. I would’ve never stayed there if I had seen a more truthful review. The rooms are in need of repair and have a smell of ancient old. The pictures in the website are misleading. The gym room does not have any gym equipment. The shower curtains are dollar store quality

Visited the restaurant. Good food and service. Recommended! ?
