★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel doesn’t deserve even a 1. Rooms are so dirty. I checked it at 8pm and when I opened the toilet in the room, there is still shit. The trash bin is also full of used tissue. They don’t clean the room! I the. Dashed out of the room to complain to the reception and ask for another room. The asked me to wait for few minutes and I insisted, I cannot. I just checked in several minutes before and they gave me dirty room. The nee room they gave is not a major upgrade in cleanliness too. In the morning, there is a cockroach in the sink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is good in general. It is clean and they offer a good buffet breakfast.
They have a small pool to put your feet in the water because it is super hot outside.
The room was clean with air conditioning and a small bathroom.
The location is the best because you are on the main Avenue and have a lot of attractions in a walking distance.

Noises do come from all over! Left, right, below, above...everywhere. The whole night.
Tv starts without asking. Bathroom smells really bad.
Not even worth it for one night only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is clean and sanitized, when you step in the hotel you must sanitize yourself otherwise the crew ask kindly to do so. The hotel is located on Paseo Montejo where you have access to different restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream shop in a walking distance besides you can walk on Paseo Montejo and enjoy the view. There are old buildings dated from 1700. I would stay on the hotel when I come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value and very good location. Rooms are decent and very good for 800 pesos. Sometimes on busy Saturday’s and Sundays the hotel is full and prices double. It is good to book ahead. Free parking lot also makes it easy to drive and park.
