Desgraciadamente está junto a un bar muy ruidoso y no pudimos dormir. Al punto de pedir un reembolso y desear irnos a mitad de la noche. Es nuestra peor experiencia en un hotel. AVOID! It is next to a noisy bar. We booked this hotel because it is in the best location. We discovered that the staff is also very friendly. Unfortunately it is next to a very noisy bar and we could not sleep. To the point of asking for a refund and wanting to leave in the middle of the night. It is our worst experience in a hotel.

Al día siguiente, ya en Mérida, llamé al hotel y me respondió muy amablemente la Recepcionista, diciendo que buscaría la manera de hacérmelo llegar. Sé lo complicado que resulta ese tipo de gestión, allí, por eso quiero agradecerle ese favor y gran detallazo. Eso, para mí, dice más de la calidad del hotel, que sus estupendas habitaciones y espectaculares vistas, que también las tiene. I forgot my swimsuit in the room. The next day, already in Mérida, I called the hotel and the Receptionist answered me very kindly, saying that she would find a way to get it to me. I know how complicated this type of management is, there, that's why I want to thank you for that favor and great detail. That, for me, says more about the quality of the hotel than its great rooms and spectacular views, which it also has.

D	Dennis Wolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - The bathroom was smelling disgusting after taking the first shower, so you could hardly breath. - the wifi didn‘t work in our room and had connection problems in general - we ask the staff (or the owner) for information about how to get to las coloradas and if there are public buses (because we‘ve read about it). He said there are no public transport and even no taxis, so he arranged a private transport for 400(!) pesos. Later that day we‘ve found the public buses to las coloradas for 20 pesos which were in the City Center. Its just all about making money...
C	Carlo Pelganta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a normal two-star hotel. I stayed in "frida Room". Very comfortable, exactly in front of the sea. The view from the balcony is excellent. The staff is very polite and easy to listen to every need. However, I would not recommend it for those who wants to sleep a lot, close by there is a very loud bar.
