★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in the restaurant. We came in a group of 17 and ordered house specials, burgers, and enchiladas. There was one plate at a time coming out. Restaurants excuse was that they only have one cook. And we came in because we were flagged down to come in and eat. Never again. Came in after a day of tourism in Guanajuato. A family from Dallas, TX. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed here twice and both times have been good experiences. Reasoning behind 4 stars is that the rooms don't have fans which causes the rooms to become musty.

My only problem is there is only 1 elevator and it is tiny and could probably only fit 2 people with luggage. So alot of people had to Hulk up and carry luggage up the stairs...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was a no star option because this was the worst service I have ever experienced in Mexico. Party of 17 which we were flagged down outside just to find out only one cook and one waiter were available .We were being served a plate at a time. Our children ordered hamburgers and got meatloaf as the patty and we were missing a plate got an extra plate we didn't even ordered. French fries were way under cooked with no color. We also ordered enchiladas mineras with no flavor what's so ever!!!!!! Waiter tried to still charge us for the food at all. So disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to downtown, clean and elegant. Not very expensive. Even though it said it has parking, it doesn't, is an agreement with a public parking 10 minutes away from the hotel, still convenient because you're not moving a lot in car anyway...
