Hotel El Marqués - 77600 San Miguel de Cozumel

l'hôtel est un peu vieux, mais pour tout le reste c'est parfait, le staff est agréable et avec pour le prix économique ça vaut un 5 étoiles!

De los hoteles más baratos de Cozumel, $600 la noches, tienen servicio de limpieza de la habitación, el hotel no está bonito, es muy antiguo y las camas están súper duras pero para el precio que cobran está bien

Tienen muy buena ubicación (por el lado bueno) está céntrico y todo queda cerca. Lo malo es que es muy básico, tiene hospedaje y ya. Nada de restaurante ni nada. Para quien sólo va a descansar está bien.

Me gusta la amabilidad y la ubicación

Si te quieres hospedar solo de paso en un lugar céntrico y muy económico de Cozumel, este hotel puede ser una opción. Pero personalmente no me agradó el lugar por las siguientes observaciones: • El lugar es poco salubre, ya que en las habitaciones que reservé encontré heces de ratón en los baños. • Las camas son un poco duras e incómodas y sus colchas se ven descuidadas, algunas de ellas con manchas y quemaduras de cigarrillos. • Los aires acondicionados hacían mucho ruido y son un poco viejos. • El establecimiento no tiene estacionamiento. • Las habitaciones no cuentan con televisor. Reitero, por una opción taaaan económica, no puedes pedir mucho. Pero sí sugeriría que el lugar fuese un poco más limpio, por la salud de sus huéspedes/clientes.

Great place

Not even one star. I wanted to just stay the high here because it is cheap. When I was told the price was 450 pesos so I gave a 500 and filled out the form. Then the receptionist said it was 450 again. I said I paid and she said no. When the owner came out she imediatly said "in 20 years I have never seen this problem". She didn't even hear the problem yet. I told her I paid and the money must be behind the counter. She looked in one folder to show me there was no 500 Bill there and said I need to pay. When I said "look around the counter" she opened the same folder and said it's imposible. At first there was a slight language berrier but i had a translator with me the whole time with the owner. After 20 min trying to make the cameras work I had enough and went to leave, she then said she would call the police if I left. I want to another hotel down the street and the receptionist tracked me down and returned the 500. She apologized and said it was under a book. I told her I said look around the counter and she was embaraced but by the time the owner was there she took charge. If you stay here keep an eye on your valuables.

I rented for a month. I left a week early. The reception lady you know who you are is VERY RUDE...the rest of the staff are great. Ola Suly you were great I miss your smile. When my air conditioner broke down on the Tuesday they had me change rooms. I was promised that room back once it was repaired. While moving from room to room the reception lady starts rudely screaming at me about the remote control. I not in the trade of stealing remotes. They had my room rented the next day and only offered it back on the Monday three days later. The second room they gave me was out of a saw movie. The sink was totally clogged, like 24 hours later the sink still full of water. They promised to unclog it! Right UNBELIEVABLE! The shower head was not working, filthy and leaking. The fridge was older than god....with missing shelves and no light. The mattresses were not at all as comfortable as the original. The television was and old piece of S......like 30 years old with two tones screen? The air conditioner was super load and only turned on and off via the breaker. I was lied to and tricked. The rented me a decent room then stuck me in a dump. Be sure to inspect your room before you get taken. Oh and the rude receptionist now you can scream! LOL
