A	Abigail Hernandez Reyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues digo que aceptable, tuvimos una situación con el agua en los inodoros y la ? del agua de la regadera , es un hotel para lo absolutamente necesario que es dormir y bañarte esp si , el chico que nos atendió en el mostrador fue super amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que se nos ofreció no recuerdo su nombre pero muchas gracias.. Well I say that acceptable, we had a situation with the water in the toilets and the ? of the water in the shower, it is a hotel for what is absolutely necessary to sleep and bathe esp yes, the guy who attended us at the counter was super friendly and He helped us in everything he offered us, I don't remember his name but thank you very much ..

Su personal atento, amable, servicial, me atendieron increíble Merlín, Kir y otro chico que nos ayudó a tener mejor señal WiFi en la segunda planta. No está tan cerca del centro pero en recepción están 24 hrs atentos y te envían taxi a donde estés. Y algo que valoro muchísimo: no me robaron nada (lo menciono porque he estado en resorts donde hasta de la maleta me han sacado cosas). De verdad gracias por sus atenciones! It is a basic but comfortable hotel, clean, silent, safe, spacious and inexpensive. Your attentive, friendly, helpful staff, they took amazing care of me Merlin, Kir and another guy who helped us to have a better WiFi signal on the second floor. It is not so close to the center but the reception is attentive 24 hours a day and they send you a taxi wherever you are. And something that I value very much: nothing was stolen from me (I mention it because I have been in resorts where they have even taken things from my suitcase). Thank you very much for your attention!
A	Angie Zarate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quedé varios días ahí y en general prefiero algo más cerca del centro, los taxis cobran más porque esta más lejos, batalle mucho con el agua caliente...NUNCA SALIO! , la regadera estaba tapadisima, pedi limpieza y solo la hicieron una vez, no me lavaron la taza del baño ni me cambiaron las toallas, nunca me agarro el Internet, de verdad que lo que quería era salir de ahí pero mi primo ya había reservado varios días. Hay hoteles en Bacalar mucho más pendientes de esos detalles... de verdad, no se hospedan ahí, a menos que quieran solo pasar la noche, solo que no se van a poder bañar...no volvería a ese hotel, no lo recomiendo sinceramente. I stayed there for several days and in general I prefer something closer to the center, taxis charge more because it is further away, I struggled a lot with the hot water... IT NEVER CAME OUT! , the shower was very clogged, I asked for cleaning and they only did it once, they didn't wash my toilet bowl or change my towels, I never use the Internet, I really wanted to get out of there but my cousin had already booked several days. There are hotels in Bacalar that are much more aware of those details... really, they don't stay there, unless they just want to spend the night, only they won't be able to swim... I wouldn't go back to that hotel, I don't recommend it to be honest.
E	Elizabeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, lo que más destaco del lugar es la amabilidad del dueño y la comodidad de sus camas, uffff descanse muy bien ahí, es un negocio que recién empieza, por lo que puede no tener ciertos servicios como alimentos, no está en el centro de Bacalar, pero cerca (a pasos) se encuentra el cenote azul y cocalitos. Por cierto, la habitación 6 que fue en la que yo me quedé, cuenta con 3 camas, dos matrimoniales y una king size, un balcon con vista a la laguna y minisplit. Ok, what I highlight most about the place is the friendliness of the owner and the comfort of their beds, uffff rest very well there, it is a business that is just starting, so it may not have certain services such as food, it is not in the center of Bacalar, but close (within walking distance) is the cenote azul and cocalitos. By the way, room 6, which was the one I stayed in, has 3 beds, two doubles and one king size, a balcony with a view of the lagoon and a mini-split.

J	Jim Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EL Mirador was a good and nice place to stay with my family of four. We stayed on the second floor with a double bed. This room had air conditioning along with a ceiling fan and it was great to sleep at night. The attendants that work there a very nice and helpful. We had some issues but they were corrected and given immediate attention. We are looking forward to our next trip back to Bacalar and will also plan to stay with EL Mirador.
