El hotel está muy bonito y, tanto las habitaciones como las áreas comunes, el jardín, la alberca, el estanque, el restaurante, están muy bien cuidados, con muchos detalles que hacen resaltar cada espacio. Es un hotel pet friendly y son amantes de los animales, hay peces, un par de perritos y gatitos en la propiedad, por lo que mi perrito también pudo disfrutar del lugar y hacer nuevos amigos. Necesitaba maquillaje & peinado y me ayudaron con el contacto de una chica, muy buena por cierto. En el restaurante ofrecen desayunos y comidas a muy buen precio y deliciosos, Mari es una excelente cocinera. Recomiendo los chilaquiles verdes y las enchiladas suizas. Se encuentra muy cerca de jardines de eventos, lo que lo hace muy conveniente, pero también es perfecto para sólo ir a descansar y desconectarse. Y si olvidaste tu libro, tienen una buenísima colección de dónde elegir uno prestado. Se siente el amor y el trabajo que han puesto en este lugar, se siente una vibra muy tranquila y relajante. Laura es una excelente encargada y anfitriona. Me encantó el hotel y su cálida hospitalidad. Espero volver muy pronto! I read very good reviews, but it exceeded my expectations! The hotel is very nice and both the rooms and the common areas, the garden, the pool, the pond, the restaurant, are very well cared for, with many details that make each space stand out. It is a pet friendly hotel and they are animal lovers, there are fish, a couple of puppies and kittens on the property, so my dog was also able to enjoy the place and make new friends. I needed makeup & hair and they helped me with the contact of a girl, very good by the way. In the restaurant they offer breakfast and lunch at a very good price and delicious, Mari is an excellent cook. I recommend the green chilaquiles and the Swiss enchiladas. It is very close to event gardens, which makes it very convenient, but it is also perfect for just going to rest and unwind. And if you forgot your book, they have a great collection to choose from to borrow. You feel the love and work that they have put into this place, you feel a very calm and relaxing vibe. Laura is an excellent manager and hostess. I loved the hotel and its warm hospitality. I hope to return very soon!

El ambiente es muy hogareño pero todo está en perfecto estado lo tienen muy bien cuidado. El personal es excesivamente amable y me ayudaron a prestarme, plancha, extensiones y todo le encontraban una solución. Los desayunos son bastante ricos en especial los huevos motuleños. Gente muy honesta ya que por accidente estaba dejando mi laptop y me marcaron para que me regresara por ella. Lo recomiendo bastante. The atmosphere is very homey but everything is in perfect condition and they are very well taken care of. The staff is excessively friendly and they helped me borrow, iron, extensions and they found a solution for everything. The breakfasts are quite rich, especially the Motuleños eggs. Very honest people as I was leaving my laptop by accident and they flagged me down to come back for it. I highly recommend it.
