★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece más un lugar de mala muerte. Me quedé ahí porque no había otra opción. No tiene baños en el interior, los cuartos están viejos y descuidados, muy mal la verdad.

Me quede hay por no haber cupo donde siempre me quedo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está en pleno centro de la ciudad, tienes muchas opciones para visitar caminando.
Solicitamos habitación para 3 personas y nos asignaron un lugar con 2 recámaras y 3 camas matrimoniales, en la primer recámara contaba con TV 1 mesa, 1 silla y 1 buró.
La segunda recámara con un pequeño clóset y el baño con área de regadera y agua caliente.
No lo recomiendo en tiempo de calor ya que no cuenta con aire acondicionado ni ventilador.
En general el lugar se observa limpio, los precios son asequibles.
Es un hotel básico, que si lo ocupas sólo para dormír y no cargar tu equipaje cumple su objetivo

We requested a room for 3 people and they assigned us a place with 2 bedrooms and 3 double beds, in the first bedroom it had a TV, 1 table, 1 chair and 1 bureau.
The second bedroom with a small closet and the bathroom with a shower area and hot water.
I do not recommend it in hot weather since it does not have air conditioning or a fan.
In general, the place is clean, the prices are affordable.
It is a basic hotel, that if you occupy it only to sleep and not carry your luggage, it fulfills its objective

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must admit that I've never stayed at the Hotel El Palmar, but I have walked by it many, many times. It's caught my attention for many reasons, possibly because the name of the place reminds me of a big motel on Broadway in Chula Vista, a suburb of San Diego in the US. One morning I photographed a vendor hauling a load of fruits and vegetables in front of the Palmar, and here it is, the photo, here on Maps.
