★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, this place is in a beautiful location! We didn't stay at the hotel but did eat at the restaurant. The restaurant is also beautifully set against the hillside next to a waterfall. Unfortunately the food and service did not match the location. My wife's food was brought out 10 minutes after mine and half of it was cold. My guajillo sauce was bland. The coffee, however, was pretty good.
Oh, and the exhaust fan above the toilet in the women's bathroom empties directly into the kitchen ☠️
