★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estábamos buscando donde quedarnos, nos dieron una habitación con dos camas matrimoniales por $850 no se me hizo mal precio pedí ver la habitación y muy amable la persona nos la mostró y estaba muy limpia y el baño limpio ñ, las toallas excelentes ? el lugar es silencioso te deja descansar y casi no hay ruido me gusto mucho este hotel y conocí 3 en tequisquiapan
Me dejaron resguardar mi auto en su garaje a la vuelta y aunque al otro día saliera me dejaron que mi carro siguiera ahí mientras yo hacía unos tours
Me gusto la actitud del señor que nos atendió, los recomiendo! Son buenas personas y un lugar agusto para descansar
We were looking for where to stay, they gave us a room with two double beds for $ 850 it was not a bad price I asked to see the room and very kind the person showed it to us and it was very clean and the bathroom clean ñ, the towels are excellent ? the place is Silent lets you rest and there is almost no noise I really liked this hotel and I met 3 in Tequisquiapan
They let me keep my car in their garage on the way back and even though I left the next day they let me keep my car there while I did some tours
I liked the attitude of the man who attended us, I recommend them! They are good people and a comfortable place to rest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El único "inconveniente", es que el estacionamiento está una calle atrás. Lo demás.... Mega excelente. Sobre todo el trato del personal!
The only "downside" is that the parking lot is one street back. The rest .... Mega excellent. Especially the treatment of the staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy amable la persona que está en la recepción. La habitación muy limpia y el hotel a dos cuadras del centro histórico dónde hay muchos lugares para comer. El hotel muy remozado y agradable. Grata experiencia para descansar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien el lugar y buen precio lo único que consieero es importante es que tengan eonee eesayunar comer o cenar. Les daré un tip hagan convenio con BAMBU es buffet y desayunos o comidas. Rico y super precio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su ubicación es muy buena, no cuenta con estacionamiento sin embargo tiene convenio con el estacionamiento "el pato" que está en la calle de atrás. Acudí en temporada alta y la habitación que ocupé no me agradó ya que no tenía ventanas y estaba junto a la recepción y tenia fuga el lavabo.
Its location is very good, it does not have a parking lot, however it has an agreement with the "El Pato" parking lot, which is on the back street. I went in high season and I didn't like the room I stayed in as it had no windows and was next to the reception and the sink had a leak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are clean, but safety is poor. I had my car broken into, and the owner did not care to look into the cameras. Probably, he does not know how to use the cameras at all. WE asked to use the car garage he offered at first, after our car got broken into, and he did not have the keys. He told us to drive to the car garage in downtown called Neptuno. We ended up paying 140 pesos for parking the car away from the hotel. He did not care to go get the keys to open the garage. We asked to get a refund because we did not feel safe, and he said "I give you half of the money." Greedy! guy. After that our car got broken into, he did not want to look into the cameras, he had us walked away about 5 km to park the car, he had the Nerve to say that???? I am sorry, to say, but I think because he knew we were nationals he did not care. But like always, Mexicans always want to treat the foreigners better than the National Mexicans.
He did not have any empathy for us whatsoever. He took our toilet paper, and he lied at first, then he accepted saying that he was placing it for us. WE do not finish a toilet paper in one day. (2 adults).
De verdad, da tristeza ver gente asi. Y tenga doble cara para tratar a los turistas de diferente forma. Por que las habitaciones no son gratis. Todos pagamos por servicios.
