★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuvimos que pedir sabanas para cambiarlas nosotros porque estaban sucias y llenas de cabellos las que tenia. No cuentan con estacionamiento. Si reservas por airbnb la ubicación a la que te manda es a un panteón?!
 We had to ask for sheets to change ourselves because the ones we had were dirty and full of hair. They do not have parking. If you book through airbnb, the location they send you to is a pantheon ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le califico una estrella las cobijas están rotas no hay shampoo colchones duros almohadas sucias si quieres aire te suben el precio no hay elevador ni estacionamiento por una pequeña cantidad de diferencia consigues algo muy bien y nl son amables
I rate it a star the blankets are torn there is no shampoo hard mattresses dirty pillows if you want air they raise the price there is no elevator or parking for a small amount of difference you get something very well and nl they are friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super recomendable, cuenta con todo para pasar una noche, económico, higiénico, agradable y confortable. Cuenta con agua caliente, televisión por cable, aire acondicionado y ventilador. No tiene alberca y se encuentra en el centro de cozumel. Recomendable!!
Super recommended, it has everything to spend a night, cheap, hygienic, pleasant and comfortable. It has hot water, cable TV, air conditioning and a fan. It does not have a pool and is located in the center of Cozumel. Recommendable!!

El personal es muy amable, el día que llegamos no había agua caliente y la señora en recepción lo solucionó de inmediato, siempre con una sonrisa desde que llegamos. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy cómodas. En la habitación sencilla no hay TV pero venimos a vacacionar, no a ver tv. El ventilador es más que suficiente para refrescar las habitaciones. Si quieres aire acondicionado y TV puedes pagar por una habitación más cara, sin embargo, nosotros estuvimos muy a gusto en la más económica. El inconveniente es que no tiene elevadores y si traes mucho equipaje debes subirlo por las escaleras pero el hotel es muy limpio, hacen servicio de limpieza constantemente y está justo en el centro!!!!
A super cheap hotel. The staff is very friendly, the day we arrived there was no hot water and the lady at reception fixed it immediately, always with a smile since we arrived. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. In the single room there is no TV but we come to vacation, not to watch TV. The fan is more than enough to cool the rooms. If you want air conditioning and TV you can pay for a more expensive room, however, we were very comfortable in the cheaper one. The drawback is that it does not have elevators and if you bring a lot of luggage you have to take it up the stairs but the hotel is very clean, they do cleaning service constantly and it is right in the center!!!!

Com. I paid in advance and when I arrived they were clueless who I was. They had no information and I had to pay an additional $1400 pesos to stay. Avoid absolutely
