Están algo antiguas, camas viejas e incómodas, sábanas en mal estado, el baño huele mal, como hacía frío no tuve oportunidad de ver si el AA servía. La atención al cliente es buena, son amables al atender. No tiene muy buena calidad-precio a comparación de otros hoteles en Allende.
The location is good but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. They are somewhat old, old and uncomfortable beds, sheets in poor condition, the bathroom smells bad, since it was cold I did not have the opportunity to see if the AC was working.
