★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente el hotel no ofrece nada, el agua de la alberca sucia y fría, el servicio del restaurante " dicen que es independiente" sin variedad de alimentos y muy raquiticos, pagas solamente por una cama así que esto lo encarece bastante. Cualquier cosa que deseas es independiente al hotel, los contactos que tienen en recepción para contratar alguna actividad no responden los mensajes hasta después de 3 días. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo. Solo el personal de recepción bien. Son los únicos
The hotel does not really offer anything, the dirty and cold pool water, the restaurant service "they say it is independent" without variety of food and very poor, you only pay for a bed so this makes it quite expensive. Anything you want is independent of the hotel, the contacts they have at reception to hire an activity do not respond to messages until after 3 days. I definitely do not recommend it. Just the reception staff okay. They are the only ones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pool was really cold and we couldn't use it (it was one of the reasons I chose that place), it was not heated because there weren't too many guests at the time. The jacuzzi was not working either. The room was cold too, the second night we requested to turn on the fireplace. The place is by the road, a bit far from the city. There are some table games, like ping pong, pool and hockey, but only the hockey is in good condition. The staff was nice (except for the check-out person). The check-in was late at night and someone was waiting for us. The gardens are beautiful. The rooms are very big and comfortable in general. The check-out was not so nice, we previously arranged a time to leave, and the person in charge didn't know, so he asked me if I wanted to book another nigh. Also, when I told him about the pool issue, he didn't care at all.
