★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wifi in room 10 does not work, and they know that it’s a common problem in that area of the hotel. The TV didn’t not work and the night lamp did not work. Was not offered a discount for the inconvenience, I had to ask for it however they didn’t give me a discount. After I complained a second time they offered free breakfast.
