★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quise reservar, pero desafortunadamente no son Pet friendly, no importa que la mascota sea pequeña, todavía se encuentran atrasados en ello.
Quien no acepta a un pequeño amigo, no es muy evolucionado, lástima.
I wanted to book, but unfortunately they are not Pet friendly, it doesn't matter if the pet is small, they are still behind on it.
Who does not accept a little friend, is not very evolved, pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal no está calificado en hospitalidad.Fuimos este fin de semana y no reconocieron nuestra reserva pagada y cuando por fin la encontraron, el cuarto nos fue negado por que el horario de entrada es a las 3:00 pm (el hotel estaba vacio). Nos cambiamos de hotel pero un familiar si se quedó(porque ya estaba pagado) y cuando fuimos a convivir con ellos, el personal nos pidió consumo mínimo para poder estar, cuando claramente a eso ibamos; a consumir, a hospedarnos, a relajarnos. Muy bonito si pero cero servicio. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
The staff is not qualified in hospitality. We went this weekend and they did not recognize our paid reservation and when they finally found it, the room was denied to us because the check-in time is at 3:00 pm (the hotel was empty) . We changed hotels but a relative did stay (because it was already paid for) and when we went to live with them, the staff asked us for minimum consumption to be able to stay, when clearly that was what we were going for; to consume, to stay, to relax. Very nice yes but zero service. I do not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal fue muy buena. La habitación bien acondicionada con ventilador, aire acondicionado y baño limpio y bien mantenido. Durante el día atiende una masajista en la zona de hamacas y en el restaurante, que tiene vista al mar, llegan todo tipo de vendedores así que además de la comida puedes disfrutar de otros antójitos. Solo hubo un detalle con el apagador de la habitación que se sumía en la tablaroca, pero nada que no se pueda resolver. Con relación al mar hay que caminar unos 15 metros a la derecha o izquierda para que no te toque el "canal" que se forma. Fuera de esto todo muy bien incluso la ubicación del sitio cercano en auto a otros restaurantes de la zona.
The attention of the staff was very good. Well conditioned room with fan, air conditioning and clean and well maintained bathroom. During the day a masseuse attends in the hammock area and in the restaurant, which overlooks the sea, all kinds of vendors arrive so in addition to the food you can enjoy other antójitos. There was only one detail with the room's damper sinking into the drywall, but nothing that can't be resolved. In relation to the sea you have to walk about 15 meters to the right or left so that the "channel" that is formed does not touch you. Outside of this all very well including the location of the site close by car to other restaurants in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel cómodo y bonito considerando el lugar en donde se encuentra. Tiene todo lo que uno necesita para descansar y pasarla bien. Las habitaciones y áreas comunes están bien aunque las habitaciones podrían ser mejores para su costo por noche ($1600). El restaurante es rico, el servicio bueno pero nada que destaque. Las alberquitas muy bien, limpias y de un tamaño agradable. Está a pie de playa y ésta es muy bonita y limpia.
Dan masajes con costo adicional y después de las 9pm puedes consumir alimentos externos en las áreas comunes como restaurante y palapas.
Un lugar bastante recomendable.
It is a comfortable and nice hotel considering the place where it is located. It has everything one needs to rest and have a good time. The rooms and common areas are fine although the rooms could be better for their cost per night ($1600). The restaurant is rich, the service good but nothing that stands out. The pools are very good, clean and of a pleasant size. It is on the beach and it is very nice and clean.
They give massages at an additional cost and after 9pm you can consume external food in the common areas such as the restaurant and palapas.
A highly recommended place.
