Very nice place , very inexpensive, wish I had more time to check it out

I've tried several items on the menu and have not been disappointed. Steaks are outstanding, also the caldo tlalpeño is excellent.

Customer service was awful. Place is beautiful and overall clean. We called got one quote came in and quote was different. The guy refused to give me a receipt for paying upfront. Beds are hard as a rock. Not worth the money to stay.

Love this hotel!! Rooms seemed a little dated, small TV old furniture, ect but the bed was comfy and the rooms were clean! The restaurant was delicious and the pool was amazing! Staff was very helpful!

Great hotel. Very reasonable. Good parking, great food with the exception of no breakfast menu. Only a buffet. Great if you want to eat $15 worth of food and get fatter. Dont worry you wont be the only gordo eating the buffet. Very nice people.

Very good customer service and clean rooms

My first time eating at the steakhouse and everything was delicious from the lasagna to the steak and the shrimp.

Such a nice a comfy hotel. We rented two rooms for one night and they were clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing. Usually when we stay at hotel there's something off, like the bathroom is nasty or the carpet feels gross. But this place had everything in line. Ironing board, closet, hairs dryer, mini fridge, microwave, heater/cooler, wifi. The patio area is gorgeous. Although I only got to see it during night time it was nice to walk around. Whereas other hotels you just want to get to your room and stay in your room. This place has a beautiful garden, swimming pool, tables and chairs set outside every room. and the style is great to look at. It's kind of like a rustic hacienda style city cobble stone floors and iron workings. The parking is also very convenient and within the hotel so you don't have to worry about leaving it out on the street. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there's a restaurant attached to it that I wasn't able to try, but hopefully next time we stay it'll be during the restaurant hours.
