It is hotel which no personality The owner has a no sympathy. Just a like hotel for one stand night. Close to the hotel there are in the corner gangsters stilling and lot of druggies on the street! No safe, internet does no work. Lazy attention. Noisy. No personality at told. Do not speak English.

This place was grotesque. There is a bed bug infestation on the second floor. There were cockroaches. The room was dilapidated and unclean. The staff was unfriendly and almost indifferent to the situation. We never received even an apology for the condition. There is no way this hotel does not know about the infestation, we have never seen anything like it. Gross! I would not send my worst enemy to stay here. It is unhealthy and unsafe.

Very clean and nice hotel in a quiet and beautiful area. Near to everything like parks, the metro at glorieta insurgentes, churches, taco stands just two blocks away, a lot of 7elevens and oxxos and walking distance from the Ángel statue and Bosque de Chapultepec. I loved it. Health measures are strict given the pandemic.

Terrible hotel. Glass separates us from them. Young and not knowledgeable how to do things. The room was terrible, small and right next to the elevators. Sketchy people there. Didn't feel safe so we wanted to cancel but they would'nt or didn't know how to do it. Told us to do it online. Never go there. Felt like a apartment building in the poor area. Not a good area either.

Stayed at this hotel 12 nights. On my last evening 8pm I asked the female receptionist if she could call me a taxi to the airport. No big deal you would think ? It's a hotel of course they would phone ? She flatly refused and was even rude about it. What kind of hotel refuses phoning a taxi for a guest !!! The staff at this hotel are useless and unfriendly apart from the housemaids. Obviously won't be returning to that hotel. (They also lost my booking when I arrived, which was a pain after a long flight)

They gave us a key to someone’s room. So as you can imagine, we took the key and just entered ‘our’ room and there were other’s people stuff there. I was shocked and we immediately left the room. I wouldn’t want something like that to happen to my room. The man at the reception didn’t speak English. The only plus is that it is in Roma Nt which is a very nice district. And it was quite cheap.

Neat and clean. I was on the 5th floor (511). Very quiet. The elevators were not working - possibly cause of Covid social distancing. Maybe that is why the higher floors were quiet? The staff is super friendly. Ask the front desk if you need something. I asked for ice and they gave me an ice tray - fantastic. There is parking for maybe 10 cars - that is a plus in case you are driving in, as parking can be a nightmare in this area. The shower pressure is great - hot water as well. Rooms are spacious - I think some come with a tub - slightly higher price. The rooms are decent size. Bed is cosy. There is no safe in the room.
