★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hotel through booking.com. Just about everything they advertised about the hotel, rooms, and services was not correct. The rooms had no AC, as advertised. No cable TV as advertised. The was a TV that wasn't hooked up to anything, it didn't work. There was no restaurant. The room was filthy, especially the bathroom. There was no shower stall, just a shower head sticking out of the wall between the sink and the toilet the entire bathroom got wet every time you showered. Black mold all over the bathroom and the bedroom. (See pictures). They only give one roll of toilet paper out at a time. When you run out you must go to the front desk and ask for more. There was no toilet seat on the toilet. This place is extremely noisy and the front wall is mostly glass, so the light comes into the room day and night. Booking.com did a terrible job with this hotel. I won't book through them ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This prison like hostel isn't anything like it is represented online. We booked thinking we would be in a decent hotel but we were terribly mistaken. There was no hot water, the toilets didn't work, the staff did not care in the slightest, they were rude and unhelpful. The whole place felt dirty and unhygienic. We were given a worn faded little towel and toilet roll on arrival and sent to our cell, awful experience. We explained this to reception and they agreed to give us a refund so we left and tried to find another hotel. OYO don't have a working telephone number and they didn't reply to any of our message or emails, we didn't get any money back and wasted £800 on this tragic place.
Save yourself, do not bother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people working there are quite useless. Not really friendly or willing to help you. The room is dark and everything is pretty old, not really comfy. As well I forgot some things in my room and came right next day to pick them up. They said there was nothing in my room and also didn’t really care about helping with it.
