I	Iry Altamirano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las fotos que se observan en internet son buenas, así que decidí reservar, llegué y mi error fue pagar antes de ver la habitación, para dos personas es horrible no sé si las habitaciones de la planta baja y primer piso estén mejor pero las sencillas de la segunda planta son el peor hospedaje que he experimentado, el costo en relación a lo que ofrece no corresponde. Caro, feo, sucio, huele mal, no se ventila, no tiene luz, la silla estaba rota, la almohada estaba babeada, osea sucia, me dió asco, sólo quería que amaneciera para irme. No alquilen la sencilla. Sólo la atención de la encargada fue buena pero eso no importa, porque lo que buscas es un buen hospedaje, éste fue peor que uno de paso de 100 pesos. The photos on the internet are good, so I decided to book, I arrived and my mistake was paying before seeing the room, for two people it's horrible I don't know if the rooms on the ground floor and first floor are better but the simple ones the second floor are the worst lodging I have ever experienced, the cost in relation to what it offers does not correspond. Expensive, ugly, dirty, it smells bad, it is not ventilated, it has no light, the chair was broken, the pillow was drooling, I mean dirty, it disgusted me, I just wanted the morning to leave. Don't rent the single. Only the attention of the manager was good but that does not matter, because what you are looking for is a good lodging, this one was worse than one of 100 pesos.
M	Metal Fingers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitacion que me tocó estaba bien tienen televisión aunque no estaba programada para los canales, el personal es muy buena onda y el precio esta bien. Mi única queja es que falta limpiar un poco el baño. The rooms that I got were fine, they have television although it was not programmed for the channels, the staff is very cool and the price is good. My only complaint is that the bathroom needs some cleaning.

Es un buen lugar para dormir. The hotel is spacious and nice. It is very close to where the Christmas village begins and offers parking if you go by car. The staff is friendly. It is a good place to sleep.

P.T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si buscas descansar y olvidarte por un rato de la rutina habitual de tu ciudad, ésta es una muy buena opción, un lugar céntrico, tranquilo, silencioso y muy cómodo las habitaciones muy limpias, la atención de la srta de recepción de 10, y lo mejor que caminando llegas al centro de Atlixco para visitarlo
E	El Panta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación que a mí me tocó no tenía por ningún lado un lugar para colgar mi ropa, lo que si había es una cajonera pero si quiero secar por ejemplo una toalla de baño pues no hay donde. De ahí todo iba bien pero la piscina sucia y cuando la íbamos a usar se ponen a limpiarla sin avisar y perdimos toda la mañana esperando. Cuando por fin terminan nos niegan su uso porque el check out era a las 11 (en la app tiene otra hora) al salir la atención del personal fue terrible y encima se molestan al mencionarles que debieron notificar y que la piscina estaba sucia desde nuestra llegada Lousy experience!
