★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio ,me dieron una habitación sucia con telarañas ,en las paredes andas las garrapatas ,sin papel higiénico ,las colchas rotas con pulgas, los muebles rotos ,me queje de plano me dijeron ," si no le gusta se puede ir a otro hotel" ,el baño sucio con residuos de jabón y me resbale cortándome un brazo ,y al parecer lo que menos les importa es el servicio y la atención al cliente ,y de pilón espantan
 Horrible service, they gave me a dirty room with cobwebs, there are ticks on the walls, no toilet paper, the bedspreads torn with fleas, the furniture broken, I flatly complained they told me, "If you don't like it, you can go to another hotel "The bathroom was dirty with soap residue and I slipped and cut my arm, and apparently the least important thing to them is the service and customer service, and they're terrifying

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el tipejo que contesta el teléfono es bastante grosero me colgó varia veces y me digo palabras altisonantes , es un majadero, un patán además de vulgar, supongo que los dueños son iguales al permitir tanto ignorante sirviendo en su hotel
Terrible service the guy who answers the phone is quite rude he hung up on me several times and said high-sounding words to myself, he is a fool, a jerk as well as vulgar, I suppose that the owners are the same when they allow so much ignorant serving in their hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Gimnasio" deficiente, todos los aparatos rotos. Los pasillos parecen de hospital viejo. Pésima iluminación. Las perillas de varias habitaciones no servían, por lo que me cambiaron como unas 3 veces. Camas en pésimo estado. Tele inservible. Horrible lugar. Parece que te van a secuestrar en cualquier momento.
"Gym" poor, all broken appliances. The hallways look like an old hospital. Bad lighting. The knobs of several rooms did not work, so they changed me about 3 times. Beds in terrible condition. Unusable TV Horrible place. It seems that they are going to kidnap you at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones sucias, sin papel higiénico en el baño, jabón ni toallas, no servía la cadena de la taza del baño y lo más importante, las recámaras no tienen llave!
Dirty rooms, no toilet paper in the bathroom, soap or towels, the toilet chain did not work and most importantly, the bedrooms have no key!
